Kate Mansell is a Graphic Designer and Art Director with more than 20 years industry experience, including time working in the UK and Australia. In London this included designing for cultural experience with the Globe Theatre and the Winston Churchill Museum at Imperial War Museum. Kate provided retail branding and environment design for Marks & Spencers and publication design at Eye Magazine. Kate worked at various studios including Why Not Associates, Graphic Thought Facility and with Nick Bell at Una London Designers.

Returning to Australia in 2005, Kate joined Studio Round as a Senior Designer, creatively leading project teams, managing designers and ensuring delivery of quality outcomes, via online channels and in print, across fashion, cultural, retail, government and corporate accounts. 

In 2012 Kate began teaching at Monash University Melbourne, and Billy Blue College of Design in 2013. Sessional classes have included typography, digital image making, design fundamentals, publication design, information graphics and branded environment/commercial interiors. 

Currently Kate divides her time between freelance design, art direction projects and sessional teaching. Kate is a designer, image maker, and communicator, working with clients to deliver creative and effective design solutions to drive their business further. This includes design and development of brand identity systems, logo design, advertising, packaging, website design and digital content development.
